Returns

We accept returns within 10 days of purchase for most items. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please follow the steps outlined below to initiate a return:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. After this period, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
  • Certain items, including personalised or custom-made products, are non-returnable. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.

Return Process:

Contact our customer support team at manifesteddecor@gmail.com to request a return authorisation.

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item(s).
  • Please ensure the returned item(s) are securely packed to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Refunds:

Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Processing Time: Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to process after we receive the returned item(s). Please note that it may take a few additional days for the refund to reflect on your bank or credit card statement.

Refund Amount: The refund will be for the purchase price of the item(s) minus any applicable shipping or handling fees.

Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges on items that are defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same return process. Once your return is processed, we will send you a replacement item at no additional charge.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund for the damaged or defective product.

To initiate a return for a damaged or defective item:

  2. Include clear photos of the damage or defect so we can process the claim efficiently.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the item is returned in an unsellable condition, is missing original packaging, or if the return is outside of the designated return window.
