  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders above ₹500 within India. This offer is subject to change and may exclude certain remote areas or products.

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.
  • Please note that processing times may vary during busy periods or sales events (such as holidays or promotions). In such cases, we will notify you via email of any delays.

Delivery Time

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time, but we hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

Tracking Your Order

Shipping Address

Order Issues & Missing Packages

If your order is missing or you experience any issues with your shipment (such as damaged goods or incorrect items), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Damaged Items: If your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damaged goods and the packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.
  • Missing Orders: In the rare event that your order is missing or delayed beyond the expected delivery date, please reach out to us, and we will investigate with the courier service to resolve the issue.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After the processing stage, cancellations may not be possible. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further instructions.
