Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across India. You can also pay online by UPI, cards, net banking or wallets at checkout.

Is shipping free?

Yes – we offer free standard shipping across India. See our Shipping Policy for details.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location. You receive a tracking link once the parcel ships.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Every piece is bubble-wrapped and boxed, but ceramics can occasionally break in transit. If anything arrives damaged, email us at manifesteddecor@gmail.com with photos as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 10 days of receiving your order. Personalised or custom-made products are non-returnable. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the item. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Are your products the same as on Amazon and Flipkart?

Yes – Manifested Decor sells the same products on Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho. Buying directly on manifesteddecor.com gets you first access to new arrivals and a 10% welcome discount with code WELCOME10.

Where is Manifested Decor based?

We are a homegrown Indian home decor brand based in New Delhi, shipping Pinterest-style, aesthetic decor to every pin code in India.

Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?

Yes. For corporate gifting, weddings, return gifts or bulk orders, contact us and we will share pricing and options.

How do I care for ceramic products?

Most glazed ceramic mugs and bowls can be washed normally. Hand-painted and gold-accented pieces should be hand-washed and kept out of the microwave. Check the individual product page for specific care notes.
